Since July 1, 2013 the territory of Uzda region has been divided into 6 rural councils: Uzda, Nadneman, Deschenka, Ozero, Sloboda, Khotlyany.
In accordance with the decision of Minsk Oblast Council of Deputies dated May 28, 2013 No. 234 "On changing the administrative-territorial structure of the regions of Minsk oblast" Kamenkovka, Loshany, Litvyany, Semenovichy rural councils of Uzda region were abolished.
Sloboda rural council was formed, which included the territories of the abolished Kamenkovka and Loshany rural councils with settlements located on them with the administrative center of agricultural town Sloboda.
The borders of Nadneman rural council were changed, which included the territories of the abolished Semenovichy rural council, including the settlements of Kuhtichi, Rakoshichi, Brody 1, Brody 2, Zdorovets.
The boundaries of Uzda rural council were changed, which includes the territories of the abolished Litvyany rural council with the settlements located on it and part of the territory of the abolished Semenovichy rural council, including the settlements of Semenovichi, Pervomaisk, Bukovichi, Podsadsky, Ostrovok, Lastovschina, Kul, Podelniki, while the settlements of Alekhovka, Slobodka, Petrovsk, Telyakovo were excluded from the composition of Uzda rural council.
The borders of Deschenka rural council were changed, which included the territories excluded from Uzda rural council, including the settlements of Alekhovka, Slobodka, Petrovsk, Telyakovo.
